What kind of paper is used for your prints?

We print on a high-quality, acid-free fine art paper with a weight of 200gsm. This paper has a matte, fine-grained surface texture. It has a natural white tone that perfectly matches the tone of white interior walls. So the paper is not bright white because that would be too bluish for most walls. The image reproduction on our paper is sharp, crisp and vibrant, with great density and vivid colours.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your posters will be printed on demand especially for you, then carefully and safely packed and sent to your given delivery address.

How long will delivery take?

Your posters are printed, packed and shipped as quickly as possible between 1 and 3 working days after payment. Delivery depends on where you live, but usually orders are delivered within 3-10 working days.

What are your shipping costs?

For orders over 50 Euros shipping is free for you! For smaller purchases we take a flat rate. For further infos please have a look at

How can I pay?

We accept Credit Cards (Mastercard, Visa and American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay (available on compatible devices), Klarna Sofort Payment (Austria, Germany, Belgium), eps (Austria), Giropay (Germany), iDeal (Netherlands), P24 (Poland) and Multibanco (Portugal).

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you automatically receive an invoice per email as pdf file after your order is completed. There will be no printed invoice inside your parcel.

Can I change or cancel the order after completion?

Your order is passed on to the production process immediately. So unfortunately there is no change (of products, sizes or quantities) or cancellation possible after completion.

Can I change the delivery address after completion?

Your order is passed on to the production and shipping process immediately. If you need to change the delivery address there may be a chance of adjustment if you contact us within the first 24 hours after completion. But still, this is no guarantee. So please check your given delivery address very carefully!

What can I do if I am not satisfied?

We are sure you will be happy! Anyway, if there is a reason for complaint maybe because of a production failure or wrong delivery, please contact us using the form on the right or by email to hello(at) We will help you as soon as possible to make you happy again.

Can I give my order back?

Yes. Send us the posters back to Austria after contacting us and we will refund the purchase price. Please understand, however, that your order was specially produced for you and that the costs for the return postage are therefore at your expense and that the posters must reach us in perfect condition. OUR TIP: If you pay via PayPal, you may be able to get a refund for the return shipping costs afterwards! Please inform yourself and register for this at PayPal before ordering.
